Recently, another digitalized new factory of C&Y Die Casting LLC *(Nantong) in the Demonstration Zone has commenced operations, adding new momentum and vitality to the zone's efforts to accelerate the cultivation of new-type productivity.
C&Y Die Casting LLC *(Nantong) was officially registered in Tongzhou Bay in 2017. After eight years of growth, it has become a leading enterprise in the domestic precision die-casting machine industry, recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a national science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise. The company primarily focuses on researching automation equipment and die-casting process equipment for zinc alloy and aluminum alloy. It is currently a renowned enterprise in China engaged in the production of multi-slide precision die-casting machines, process research, and the production of complete sets of equipment. It can independently provide customers with its own brand of multi-slide precision die-casting machines and has obtained eight invention patents and 28 utility model patents, filling the gap in domestic multi-slide die-casting machines. The company has long-term and in-depth cooperation with internationally renowned enterprises such as Huawei, Nokia, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
Currently, the company has made further progress in intelligent manufacturing, opening up a new industrial track. The smart robotic dog, jointly developed and produced with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is soon to be launched into the market, marking a new breakthrough in the company's technological field.
