　　1. Poor product quality, material or process; structural design problems.

　　2. Improper assembly at high speed, with the surface is not clean, liner damage, displacement or not in accordance with operating procedures for the installation of norms.

　　3. Uneven tightening force of the fastening nut, slippery wire broken buckle or loose off and so on, leading to work failure.

　　4. Sealing materials after long-term use of wear and tear over the limit, aging and deterioration, deformation and failure.

　　5. Add too much lubricating oil, oil level is too high or add the wrong oil.

　　6. Flexing and deformation of the joint surface of the parts, shell damage, so that the lubricating oil seepage.

　　7. Ventilation plugs, check valves blocked, due to the role of air pressure difference between inside and outside the case, often cause oil leakage at the sealing weakness.

　　Second, prevent vehicle oil leakage measures

　　1. Attention to the role of the liner. Automotive static parts of the parts between the liner plays a leak-proof sealing role. If the material, production quality and installation does not meet the technical specifications, it can not play a role in sealing leakage, and even accidents. Such as the oil pan or valve cover, due to the contact area is not easy to compact, resulting in oil leakage.

　　2. All kinds of fastening nuts on the car need to be tightened according to the specified torque. Too loose pressure is not tight liner will leak; too tight and will make the screw holes around the metal bulge or will buckle Nu and cause oil leakage. In addition, the oil sump oil drain screw plug if not tightened or back to loose off, easy to cause the loss of oil, and then occurred “burned holding the shaft” of the machine damage accident.

　　3. Timely replacement of failed oil seals. A lot of moving parts of the car will be improperly installed, the journal and oil seal edge is not centered, eccentric and dumping oil. Some oil seals will lose elasticity due to aging of rubber after a long time of use. Leakage should be found in time to update.

　　4. Avoid one-way valve, air valve blocked. This causes the case temperature rise, oil and gas filled with the entire space, the discharge is not out, so that the case pressure rises lubricant consumption and shorten the replacement cycle. Engine ventilation system blocked, increasing the piston's resistance to movement, so that oil consumption increases. Due to the role of the case inside and outside the case of air pressure difference, often caused by sealing the weak point of oil leakage. 　　5. Properly solve the various types of oil pipe joint seal. Vehicle coupling nut is often disassembled, it is easy to slip wire broken buckle and loose, will cause oil seepage. Replace the coupling nut, use the grinding method to solve its taper sealing, so that the nut pressure to solve the seal.

　　6. Avoid hub oil dumping. Hub bearing and cavity lubricating grease is too much, or its oil seal assembly is not proper, poor quality and aging failure; frequent braking caused by the hub temperature is too high; axle nut loose, etc. will cause the hub to throw oil.
